Nuneaton Town FC have announced the signing of forward Harry Wakefield. The 27-year-old striker, who stands 6ft2, joins from Corby Town and is known for his physicality and powerful shooting.
Career background
Wakefield scored 15 goals last season across Rushall Olympic and Boldmere St Michaels. His previous clubs include Ilkeston Town, Coventry Sphinx, Lichfield City, Matlock Town and Basford United, where he won the Step 4 title in 2017/18.
The striker made 4 substitute appearances for Nuneaton Borough during the 2021/2022 season, meaning this marks a return to the Nuneaton area.
