Nuneaton Museum & Art Gallery has announced two additional workshops for the Nuneaton & Bedworth Cultural Compact following strong attendance at earlier sessions. The workshops will give residents the chance to contribute ideas and help develop a shared vision for culture across the borough.
What is the Cultural Compact?
The Cultural Compact is designed to strengthen collaboration between the creative sector, community organisations, local businesses and public partners. Its aim is to support long-term cultural development in the borough.
Through the programme, attendees will share ideas, identify priorities and work together to develop a shared vision for culture. The initiative plans to develop a website and shared platform, recruit an independent Chair on a short-term contract, establish an appropriate structure and create a shared action plan for the Compact's future.
Workshop Dates and How to Book
The first workshop takes place on Wednesday, 15 July from 4:30pm until 6:00pm at Old Meeting House Reformed Church in Bedworth.
A second workshop is scheduled for Thursday, 16 July from 5:30pm. Joining details will be provided via email closer to the date.
The sessions are open to everyone with an interest in supporting and growing the local creative community. To book a slot at either workshop, email [email protected].
